OMG! this post is too awesome not to write.. so thus you have me here writing it.. =O
just wanted to shout out that..
Yui Makino is SOOOOOOOOoOooO CUTE~!!!
*fanboys fanboys fanboys*
no honestly.. i think the 1st line i rmb her saying was..
"Ano.. maiku.. maiku.. (microphone)"
when she was asking for her mic to be switched on.. in a way that only the japanese ppl are able to do it? OMG.. my heart started melting from the cute-ness of it all..
it wasn't long before i started crying as she was singing.. I'm not even sure why it hits me like this.. I can barely make out a few words in between lyrics.. yet somehow her song pierces me where i'm most vulnerable.. able to reach me in that distant world i'm in.. in fact, i believe the Aika (from the Aria series) seated beside me was close to tears too..
*sniff*
Now i think i can understand why things like Ouendans exist.. Its formed by people who wish to see their idols through stardom.. who wish to support these stars in any way they can during performances.. by cheering.. waving light-sticks.. shouting random replies to her questions whilst on stage..
Heck.. Even I'd want to join one, if it was to support Yui.. I'd very much like to see her on stage for many many many more years to come!!
I left EoY today with hands raw from clapping.. eyes dried from crying.. but with autographed pictures and cd of yui's new album.. Yups.. tonight's has be a Good Good night..
except that... I think i'm suffering from Yui withdrawal symptoms right now... T__T just thinking how much i'd like to hug a Yui wearing a Panda costume right now...
Dear Yui,
If you're reading this, I hope that you have had an enjoyable 1st trip to Singapore.. I hope whatever little i could do to cheer you on in the audience somehow reached you, like how your songs reaches me so effortlessly whenever I'm down.. I'd pray for your continued success in future, and please do come by Singapore to perform again!!
(The spoils of the night.. =D )
3 autographed photos of her.. and her latest single.. =)
Its been a while since I updated here eh?
Yea.. i guess its been a while.. =P Guess what ppl? I'm 21 alr.. and with that comes a whole range of R21 stuff and other vices.. =X
well.. it was a simple celebration on the actual day.. together with Nadia, Amber, Sze and Fun.. we dropped by mad jacks at douby for dinner.. had cake.. then headed over to some corner arnd SMU, sat at some benches and started playing guitar.. =) quite romantic i must say.. I guess that's something i wanted to experience once..
===============================
How do people spend their 21st bdae anyway? Jovi's bdae on sat was spent with a whole buncha zombies (a.k.a watching Zombie-land, then playing L4D2).. whereas mark had his at his condo, which a whole extended family (and being pelted by flour)
Apparently my idea of organising a paintball event to celebrate today was considered rather "Brave".
"Brave" in the sense that, if there were some dangerous characters around... it could very well be a 11v1 match.. with me all by myself... =X
but well.. it didn't go that bad.. thankfully for my team-mates were truthworthy ppl (Dave, Tania & Eden.. i *heart* ya'all~!! =D ) it turned out to be a friendlyfire-less day.. and would have been left without grudges if only the last round went well..
let me paint the scenario.. There's 2 flags per team in the center of the field.. and the objective is to be the 1st team to bring both flags back to your home base.. and then place a special flag in the center area..
as for the last round.. i was the brave soul who went to bring back both of the flags for my group.. not a very easy task considering the distance and speed involved.. and the high possibility you're gonna get some 20-cent marks left on your skin for the next few days.. (which is probably why i'm still awake.. cuz they still kinda hurt.. T__T )
so yes, when my team in all its glory went and placed the final flag to certify our victory.. and the cease-fire command was issued.. naturally i went out to do a little victory dance. ya'know.. to express my overflowing emotions at that point of time.. unfortunately that dance was out in the open.. and was cut shot by 3 pellets smacking me square in the chest.. =(
INTEGRITY... man.. integrity.. it all begins with "I".. shooting a poor guy who's happily doing a victory dance should be a punishable offense..
but then again, on the bright side.. that was a little less painful than what i anticipated.. so i guess i can let this pass.. see i'm so nice right? ^^
so nice that there's now a big burnt hole through my pocket right now.. =X
*sigh*.. oh wells.. I guess we only turn 21 once..
Happy Birthday to me =)
