And most imptly.. To MeowMew!! to whom we've just jio-ed out to celebrate her b'dae with today =P haha..
It was a sneaky plan which dotty came up with.. To ask meows out without informing her about the "special guests" we invited =P simply Mr.Kitty (1st time meeting him.. but keep forgetting his real name =X) and Adelyn.. hehe, sadly.. her twin and our mumsies couldn't make it.. but we still made the best of things =)
so.. what was the plan? to put simply, we organised a time for all of us to meet up to find a cake.. then told our intended "bday girl" to meet up with us an hour later.. hehe.. eventually we settled for Secret recipe for a number of reason.. 1, its Halal.. 2, it offered to do writings for our bdae cake (and swensens didn't =T ) and 3.. probably cuz the guy at the counter was a funny guy.. ^^ hehe.. so with our venue and cake settled.. all that's left was to bring our recipient..
so me and dotty went to pick up meows from the mrt.. distracting her with random questions.. whilst leading her unknowingly to suntec.. that was the easy part =P what was difficulty was to seat her in a close proximity of our guests.. hehe, here was where we could have improved a bit.. when she dropped by the place, the way she gingerly paused.. covered her mouth with two hands to muffle a giggle.. i knew the gig was up.. and guess what gave it away? nopes, there wasn't any unintended action from our guests (since adel was drowned in my PSPgame Monster Hunter.. and the guy was playing mariokart).. but in meow's exact words "the first thing i noticed was his shoes!!" haha.. guess we shld have told mr.kitty to get a special pair of shoes for the day..
so.. there we had lunch.. Chatted randomly about anything under the sun.. i earned the usual scoldings from them of being too cold with my jokes.. and with nadia commenting "That's so like you to do (add random action here)".. which ranged from losing my previous 2 pair of specs..
mr.kitty seemed to be quite a fun loving guy as well! adding to the mood with antics such as *ahem*-ing really loud so we could get the waitress's attention.. or taking away dotty's plate so she couldn't eat, and buying time for meows to finish her lunch (since she kinda eats slow =P ) i guess dot might be right that we could be gd frens =)
so what happened next? out came the cake.. and by the time we finished 1/2, we couldn't eat anymore.. So.. we had a little bit of cream facial going on (dun worry.. the unfinished half was not involved =P ) hehe.. initially i intended to stay clean.. but i guess adel kinda noticed and smeared me some.. *bleah* must have been revenge for me suggesting "adel is a gd target cuz she's stuck in the corner" idea xD
Why can't all b'daes be like this? i dun mind getting creamed a little as long as everyone has fun =D
so aft that, we visited the arcade to hang out.. i now kinda know what are the games i shld learn more of.. Daytona specifically.. so i can crash ppl, and avoid them all ganging up against me =X lolz!! (guess you can figure out what happened xD ).. and House of the Dead 4.. so i can increase survival rates for me and my partner =) and oh.. maybe Ddr.. to make it look easy enough for ppl to wanna pick it up.. hehe.. turns out today was adel's 1st time seeing me do this ;)
towards the end.. we were scouting for a decent neoprints shop.. but found a mini-anime convention there.. haha.. our dear del was disappearing and reappearing around every corner.. only to disappear again to take more pictures of the artworks on display.. heh.. seems she's picked up freehand drawing as part of her course.. and in particular she's fascinated with the japanese stylised drawings of manga and animation =P JY adel in your drawing aspiration!! rmb to show me whatever progress you make k?
and so the day ended with nadia leaving to give tuition with half a cream cake in her (/her bf?) hand.. while mr.kitty and dotty followed her to the mrt.. as for me an adel.. we waited for the bus 857 to bring us to yishun interchange.. hehe.. not really sure why, but during that bus ride with her, i recalled all these strict gentlemen codes i used to follow.. one of them being to escort a lady if she was traveling alone =P another.. was to tend to her needs as best you may (buying drinks and accepting all favours etc).. haha.. looking back it does seem like quite a silly ideal.. it'd take more than that to suave the other gender into your general direction.. but overall, it wasn't a bad way to go through life.. somehow seeing del's cute expressions (esp those when she attempts to catch the melody of a song she's nv heard before) just makes these gentlemenly acts all worthwhile =) even when half-way i realised that 857 dropped pretty close to my place halfway along the journey.. i couldn't help but let her continue sampling whatever songs in my playlist that suited her fancy =P

There's this anime i just finished watching.. by the title of "Honey & Clover".. it's definitely one of the best romance animes i've seen thus far.. but there's this line in its opening theme that stuck me somewhere during the last episode.. that made me want to listen to it again and again.. here's how it goes..
"For every person passing by.. It gets more dramatic" =)
The song is aptly titled "Doramachikku".. (in other words "Dramatic" =P ) That's how i want my life to be like.. to add colour to the world.. the same way ppl add colour to mine ;)
haha.. i've given some thought as to how i'd paint my reality marble.. a world that reflects what's inside my soul.. and i finally think i've thought of something to my liking.. It'd involve a theatrical stage.. with curtains all about that leads to different scenery.. and the seats scattered all about in no arranged fashion.. haha.. a little hard to fit this concept into words.. but that's the briefest of descriptions i can spare for an idea i'm still concocting..

Lately i've been having alot of dreams.. and I'm almost certain i had dreamt about sabbie last night.. except i can't for the life of me rmb anything about it.. the experience when i woke.. was that there were some simple.. sweet moments involved.. i guess we'd never know.. isn't it just sad when something like that just slips you by? =X the same feeling of lost..
Anyways.. on a happier note, i got to meet up with Fun on saturday.. haha.. he seems to be doing well.. taking classes for design.. met at funan, and i scouted the portable hard disk which i wanted to get.. (abt $160 for 150 gig of space) and i got a cheap pair of replacement earphones.. though now i kinda regret.. i shld have spent a little more for something more comfortable =X well.. nxt month's pay perhaps..
Caught Superbad later in the evening.. was a hilarious movie!! just that it had alot of crude language and sexual references (a little of an understatement =S ) that took a little of getting used to.. but amidst all the funny antics.. awkward moments, and crazy plot.. it was really a story about 3 guys who were clueless how to approach the female gender.. and if these guys have a chance at things? well.. that must mean there's hope for all mankind ;)
argh.. gonna be a rough week ahead.. but hopefully.. it'd get better soon.. =) can't wait for that to happen..
haha.. crazy saturday.. Not sure for what crazy reason, but when Jovi set the timing for us to meet at plaza sing at 12.30.. i found myself there 1/2 an hour early.. With yarong holding the ultimate record (at least in my book) of being *drumrolls* 2 hours early!! =O gosh.. when she sms-ed us to say she was alr there.. i was still at home (secretly planning what to do in the time it girls "gracefully allow others to spend" *cough*being-late*cough* xD )
Turns out Jovi was the only one keeping that tradition.. Me and Yarong spent about an hour at the arcade before she arrived (actually didn't seem that long.. cuz i only spent $$ on 2 games.. Tekken and Time Crisis 3.. i wonder when i got so gd at them =X )
anyways.. went we met jovi at the bus-stop.. was quite suprised i got a random present from rong! it was a Trinity Blood novel.. and the 1st in my collection!! (actually.. it really seemed like a comic book.. ) haha.. it seems so long since i've gotten anything from anyone.. so Thnx Rong!! really appreciate it.. hope you find the death note umbrella and book useful XD
well.. before the outing, jovi told me to bring my portable dvd-player along.. at first i was wondering where would be a suitable venue to take it out and start watching.. but somehow while we were having lunch, we found ourselves watching Haruhi Suzumiya inside aijisen ramen.. =X hehe.. queer experience indeed.. but it was an enjoyable one nonetheless.. even though some guy from the table behind us sorta showed us his disapproval of it.. haha.. he was probably emo we were enjoying ourselves and he wasn't xD anyways.. after that we headed to sunshine plaza and met up with JZ.. as well as to get some anime stuff.. i saw this really attractive clock at this other store, where the times flipped like those old scoreboards before the digital age.. but the price was a little steep at $90+.. while i was wondering at it.. the rest were gasping at this strawberry coloured pink and reddish keyboard on display =P (ok.. its totally not my colour.. but i might just consider buying it for someone as a random prezzie xD haven't decided who yet though..)
So.. the spoils of the day from our trip to the Holy land? =P for Jovi, it was her Zettai Ryouiki inspiration (a figure of Tosaka Rin from Fate/stay night.. the master of the servant "Archer"! xP ) for me.. it was volume 2 & 3 of Rozen Maiden.. gosh.. its really ex sia.. roughly $17 a book.. but i can't help it.. =( i'm sorta attached to these dolls right now.. i wonder why..
anyways.. the day ended off with yarong leaving for Jap classes.. and me giving jovi her 1st Ddr session!! yay!! now if only we could drag her to East Coast arcade and do some intensive training =D
towards the evening when we parted.. i left to go for JingHui's Chalet.. there a number of random things happened.. I've ensnared a few more ppl into playing with the Rubik's cube..
made some new frens.. sat by the beach till early morning.. then played games at the internet cafe there without sleeping all night!! gosh.. at daybreak i was a little bit grogy.. but somehow i made it onto the bus to church.. half-asleep and vaguely aware of my surroundings.. i was suprised i got off at the right stop, and perfectly on time too =P
ahh.. gosh this entry came in about 2 weeks late.. and there's alot on my mind i wanna put into words.. but i've been kinda busy these few weeks.. *bleah* i'll attempt sorting this all out later.. =X i promise..

Chrno Crusade.. The opening still remains one of my favourites, and the storyline is really touching ;)
2. If you were to pair two characters from 1 and 4, who would they be?
Dots! mind you.. Shuffle! is a harem anime xD hahaha.. i think asa sempai and Suisenseki would make an interesting pair! though Suisenseki would be scared half to death by Asa's eccentricity and scary stories xD
3. What is one thing you'd like to change about 3's plotline?
What is there to change? =S maybe expand more about Father Remmington's role in the story.. and make the final confrontation between Chrno and Aion more epic.. but otherwise its beautiful the way it is =)
4. If both main characters of 2 and 5 were falling off a cliff, which one would you save?
hmm.. Koushin is a martial artist with no martial abilities.. and Emiya Shiro has fallen off a building before.. so he probably knows how to save himself ;)
I'd save Emiya though.. just to see how he'd look in the future ^^ besides.. sumomo would probably save koushin before i know it =X
5. Which event was the most horrible for you in 1?
The first couple of episodes.. which took a while of getting used to, because it sounded really too far-fetched for a storyline =X

Aion? rape.. Rin? o_O urm.. go ahead.. Aion's probably jealous the princess of the demon world went after a human guy xD it'd be a different case if he was after dear Kaede or Sia =p

Any orchestra piece.. that vaguely resembles the BGM played whenever Saber is in a wounded state.. or any kick-ass battle theme that brings to mind some cool dude using dual swords in a professional fashion ;) (ok.. i nv really liked the opening or ending themes of this anime =X )
9. Of 1, 3, and 5, which is the easiest to think about?
oOoo.. thats a toughie.. Shuffle! and Fate/stay night are both *ahemerogeahem* games adapted into anime.. which makes them easy watching, yet filled built with characters with deep motivations if you wish to analyse further.. Chrno Crusades while starting off as a carefree "blast everything to kingdom come" anime, then weaved a tangled plot that spanned wars fought by people/demons ages ago.. ahh!! my head is spinning @_@
10. Are the protagonists of 2 and 4 similar?
o_O hmm.. a bunch of dolls drinking tea with the martial artists of the modern world (who were having some sort of hot-pot duel with queer stuff in it =X ) ..
